Our office is open 9.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
If your property is managed by Move Revolution, please contact us on 01737 457 877 or email pm@moverevolution.com and a member of the team will be in contact at the earliest opportunity during the hours noted above.
When our office is closed, our contractors can be contacted directly.
Please Note – Our contractors must only be contacted for genuine emergencies. They will assess the situation over the phone in the first instance and should their decision be that your call is not an emergency, your details will be sent to Move Revolution Lettings and you will be contacted the next working day to help resolve the problem.
If the contractor attends your property based on the information you provide and it is not deemed an emergency upon investigation, you will be held liable for the call out charge. The contractor is only required to make your property safe, and should any additional works be required, this must be authorised by Move Revolution or the Landlord.
Under no circumstances are you permitted to authorise any works yourself.
