We have created three services to fully support the needs of our landlords.
Move In
If you are looking for an introduction / let only service and will be fully managing the property yourself.
Our Move-in (let only) service is our entry service, perfect for landlords who already manage their own property. We will market your property and advise you on compliance and all associated legislation as we find you a new tenant. Our fee includes professional photography and marketing your property on all major property sites, including our own website. Our fee also includes full referencing, inventories and agreements. You also have the option for us to register your deposit (as a landlord you have to use a regulated deposit service.)
Move Safe
If you are looking for support collecting your rent, and all the associated financial requirements.
Our Move-safe service provides all the benefits of our Move-in service alongside all ongoing collection of your rent. This service is charged monthly instead of incurring all upfront costs. There are still initial set up costs involved with this service; Move Revolution will then complete all the administration and also deal with the ongoing monthly finances.
Move Smart
For those of you looking for a ‘smart’ solution, to relax and let us do all the work, then Move-smart is the service just for you.
Our fully managed service will save you time and money by carefully looking after your investment, taking care of your property, and also your tenants. Our Move-smart is an all inclusive letting service enabling you to relax whilst we do all the hard work! We deal with all aspects of letting a property; from marketing your property, finding a tenant, moving them in, full property management and communication with your tenant, rent collection, regular property visits through to end of tenancy checks, checking them out and deposit returns, dealing with all ongoing repairs as well as emergencies and out of hours maintenance. Our expert team will be with you every step of the way, giving you complete peace of mind.
