- We have an up to date applicant database who we are in regular contact with.
- Due to our expert marketing, we attract the right tenant to the right property and landlord.
- We constantly stay up to date with current legislations, enabling us to keep landlords compliant throughout the tenancy.
- We do our due diligence with every prospective tenant. We gain a full employment check to check their affordability, as well as credit checks and previous landlord references within the last three years.
- We have paperless tenancy progression software, this ensures quick and efficient admin.
Deposit Replacement Scheme
This scheme benefits landlords and tenants by making renting more attractive and affordable.
- It enables a quicker moving in process as tenants won’t need to find such a large deposit on top of all other costs.
- There will be smaller void periods as your property will be available to larger audiences.
- Enables you to achieve the highest rent possible.
- An improved end of tenancy process, you will receive your money faster because the scheme deals with everything for you.
- If for whatever reason an agreement can’t be resolved between you and the tenant, a third party adjudication will deal with it and their decision will be final, payments will then be sent to you directly on receipt of the decision.
- The scheme will deal with any unpaid rent by the end of the tenancy.
- This product is not an insurance it is a guarantee however, if you need to claim and the scheme is not available you can go directly through the insurer.
