Our delightful team at Move Revolution Nutfield is the original founding office and also our HQ, which has been around since 2009.
Headed by Lydia White, Sales Manager, Harvey Chowler, Senior Sales Negotiator, Sky Sharp, Sales Negotiator,Rosie Nteteka and Sophie Gillham, Sales Coordinators. Together, they are a force to be reckoned with, holding a long-standing presence and excellent reputation in the local area, along with their combined property background and local market knowledge.
Their busy office is located in the most tranquil of settings, in a secluded building in South Nutfield Village. They cover, Nutfield, Bletchingley, Merstham, Redhill, Reigate, Caterham, Oxted, Whyteleafe, Horley, Tadworth, Otford, Woldingham and Biggin Hill. Each town and village have their own distinct characteristics and types of properties. The areas also offer some wonderful eateries and appeal.
Locations
The quaint village of Nutfield dates back to the 1840’s, with the newer addition of South Nutfield Village located down the road, which emerged in later years. The village has its own primary school, church, post office, Holborns convenience store selling amenities, local wine and beer and flowers. Plus, three pubs, a train station and the well-known Nutfield Priory Hotel and Spa, a beautiful Victorian Mansion which was turned into a 4-star hotel, boasting ornate period features and stylish interiors. The region is known for its farming, being in a lush leafy area of Surrey there are plenty of walks and cycling routes to enjoy around the beautiful surrounding countryside. Priory Farm Shop is a real local treat with a garden centre and café plus a fabulous farm shop offering high quality fresh local produce, a bakery, and butchers. It is also a perfect day out for the kids as it has its own ‘Discovery Walk’ with nature trails, activities and fishing lakes.
The district of Merstham lies just North of Redhill, with part of the North Downs Way National Trail running along the Northern boundary. The Pizza Project Café serves authentic Italian wood-fired pizzas, delicious fresh pastries and artisan coffee. The village also has a GP surgery, a nursery, and some lovely independent shops. There are numerous schools nearby such as the newly opened Lime Tree Primary School and the much-loved Quality Street summer fair which is great fun for all the family to enjoy! Also known for its cricket club which has been around since 1864!
The up-and-coming Surrey town of Redhill has become more and more popular over recent years due its close proximity and easy commuter links into central London. It has a wide range of local attractions and activities such as, the memorial garden with an amazing orchard and sensory garden. Shopping at The Belfry, Harlequin Theatre with its cinema, comedy, and music shows. As well as an array of shopping facilities there are also a great choice of cafés and restaurants to choose from, one of the team’s favourites is Deli on The Hill; the family run delicatessen offers a delicious range of fresh, hot, and cold foods, essential goods and local beer and wine.
The picturesque, medieval market town of Reigate is located in South East Surrey. The town which retains a village feel, not only has a reputation for its charming architecture, but it has become very popular with families due to its outstanding schools. It is home to a range of restaurants, cafes, and independent boutique shops such as, Gerrards, a lady’s fashion outlet who stock some beautiful and unique pieces, you’ll of course find many popular high street shops such as SpaceNK and Oliver Bonas too. Amongst the many local eateries, you can discover is Canakin, an independent family-owned coffee shop and patisserie which can be found on the main High Street, their pastries are delicious, a definite must if you are ever passing! The beautiful castle ruins, provide a peaceful retreat in the centre of town, and there is also Priory Park just a few moments down the road, which has a magnificent 200-acre park and woodland with a children’s playground and pavilion cafe.
The East Surrey town of Caterham is bordered by the Surrey Hills on one side and London on the other. The town itself is split in half between a valley however, both sides offer many different leisure activities from comedy clubs, art exhibitions and beer festivals to gliding and horse riding. The area is famous for the highly renowned Caterham School, which brings many families into the area, further benefiting from various local conveniences such as a doctor’s surgery and an array of local shops. Commuter friendly, Caterham Train Station offers frequent routes into Central London, London Bridge can be reached in just 40 minutes.
Horley has a lot more to offer than first meets the eye. The towns friendly and lively vibe is apparent as you stroll down the high street and visit the parade of local shops, with the flagship store for Collingwood and Batchelor, known for its wonderful variety of homewares, gifts and furniture. As well as Waitrose and Lidl for your weekly shop, perhaps you would enjoy a leisurely lunch at Zeno Italian, offering traditional plates with delicious, authentic flavours. Can we tempt you to a walk along the river? The River Mole runs through Horley and looks especially beautiful at this time of year.
There are outstanding local schools such as Meath Green Infant and Junior Schools, Manorfield Primary and well respected local Secondary schools, as well as excellent independent schools within the area. Horley train station offers excellent services for commuters going into London Bridge and London Victoria.
The affluent town of Oxted is perfectly positioned at the foot of the North Downs. It has a small-town charm about it with its picturesque, historic hight street with beautiful Tudor-style, timber framed buildings, made up of fine boutiques and small independent restaurant and café’s. Cucina offers delicious, authentic Italian food, especially their stone baked pizzas and cocktail menu! Arguably, this town really has it all. Great primary and secondary schools, fantastic leisure facilities such as an Everyman cinema and even an annual music and beer festival. It’s easy and direct commuter links to London Bridge and London Victoria can be reached in just 35 minutes, there is also easy access to the M25, with Gatwick Airport only a 30 minutes’ drive away.

Lydia White joined the Move Revolution East Grinstead team in 2020 as a Sales Negotiator, she got promoted to Senior Sales Negotiator in 2022 just before moving across to the Nutfield office and more recently got promoted to Sales Manager in 2024. She absolutely loves her job, which is demonstrated in her excellent customer service – she is always giving our clients the best possible experience. Lydia has been a great asset to the team!
Harvey Chowler is an adrenalin junky; he has a huge passion for sports such as bouldering, climbing and football. This reflects his bubbly personality and charming manner. He is committed to his work and his customer service journey, ensuring all our clients have the best possible experience.
Sky Sharp has an optimistic and positive nature which shines through everything she does, she is always smiling! She has extensive experience in customer service, which is clearly evident in her passion for outstanding communication. During her free time, she enjoys socialising with family and friends, dining out, and hitting the gym.
Rosie Nteteka is an absolute joy to speak to! She will be with you every step of the way during your buying and selling process. She has a wealth of experience within various sectors of property, so rest assured you are in exceptionally safe hands! In her spare time, she enjoys baking and spending time with her daughters.
Sophie Gillham is one of our highly experienced Sales Coordinators, having worked in the world of estate agency for the past 6 years. She is known for her focus and attention to detail, ensuring you move as quickly as possible. Her love of property continues outside of work with the renovation her own home. When she’s not focused on DIY, she loves spending time with her many pets and going out for dinner with her partner.
