‘A Right Royal Fair’
Saturday 9th July, Lingfield Primary School will be hosting its annual Summer Fair sponsored by Move Revolution. It promises to provide plenty of fun and entertainment for all the family from 11am-2pm
This year Lingfield Primary School is celebrating The Queen’s. Stalls will include all the favourites such as fancy dress, cream teas with strawberries and Prosecco, Ice cream parlour, biscuit decorating, hook-a-duck, Nerf gun alley, tombola’s and a coconut shy, to name a few.
Alongside the stalls, various demonstrations will be taking place in the Arena including talks and displays from ‘Animazing’ – a company that features living reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates and mammals.
For all those budding Mary Berry’s, in great British style, there will be a special ‘Bake Off’ where children and adults are invited to bring along their cake creations to be tried and tested by a panel of judges. The theme is ‘The Queen’s Birthday’ and there will be two categories. Children (under 12) can provide a minimum of 6 cupcakes, decorated with edible decorations and adults to produce an 8” cake, also decorated with edible decorations on the above theme.
Cold beer, Cider, Prosecco and Pimms will be served together with hot drinks in the refreshments tent. And for anyone feeling peckish, there will be a BBQ serving delicious hot dogs and burgers.
We are delighted to be sponsoring the fair. Having supported the school for a number of years, we know this event will be great fun for all the family – a real community event! We really love getting involved in our local community, especially as a number of the Move Revolution team live in the village. Come and see us at the fair, we would love to say hello!”
All monies raised at the ‘Right Royal Fair’ will go to Lingfield Primary School Association (LPSA), the registered charity that raises funds for the school
