Elmwood Grove is a brand-new residential development of nine outstanding four bedroom town houses and one exclusive, two bedroom chalet bungalow. Ideally situated on the lovely, leafy Roke Road, tucked away between Foxley Road and Oaks Road, there is a real sense of privacy here amongst the trees, yet within close proximity to Kenley Train station and local amenities. The homes are slightly set back from the road, accessed via a private driveway leading up to the contemporary designed homes.
We wanted to share with you some of our favourite places to visit in the local area…
Afternoon Tea At Lord Roberts On The Green
Hop in the car to The Webb Estate, Purley and treat yourself to a delicious afternoon tea with friends at Lord Roberts on the Green.

Sunday Lunch At Botley Hill Farmhouse
What better place to enjoy Sunday lunch with family and friends in the Surrey countryside, overlooking the North Downs than in a beautiful historic building, just a short 16 minute drive away!
Botley Farmhouse was once part of the Titsey Estate, dating back to the 16th Century. Having stayed in the same family for over 450 years and a rich history, it is today a much loved tea room and restaurant which has been open for over half a century.
Coffee With A View At Mayfield Lavender Fields
Enjoy a coffee and a pastry or a lavender cider at the al fresco cafe at Mayfield Lavender Fields, overlooking the beautiful sea of purple flowers, just an 18 minute drive from Elmwood Grove.
The 25 acre farm was one of the original Victorian lavender farms before it was re established in 2002. In 2010 the owners expanded the lavender farm on a second site in Epsom which is open year round whilst the original farm is in off peak season.
Artisan Deli At East Side Deli
Whether you’re looking for some fresh, organic produce, homeware or simply a coffee and a bite to eat, we love popping into East Side Deli in Caterham, just a 9 minute drive away.
This independent, family run shop love to celebrate British produce and local farmers, as well as being as renewable as possible.
