Mathew oversees Move Revolution Haywards Heath, which has seen excellent growth since he opened the office. Having started his career in 1998, he’s not quite as old as his looks! and is a key part of driving our business forward. He loves cooking for his family, his spare time is taken up with his wife, his two boys and Brighton and Hove Albion!

Scott is based in our Move Revolution Haywards Heath office, where his love for property and meticulous attention to detail drive his commitment to exceptional customer service. He brings a wealth of expertise from various sectors, including a background in commercial real estate. Outside of work, Scott enjoys playing golf, cherishes moments with his young family, and exploring the best country pubs.

Alex’s customer service background is apparent from his friendly demeanour that shines through when you speak with him. His excellent people skills and love for conversations are evident. Lindfield born and bred; he has an in-depth knowledge of the area. A passionate football enthusiast, he not only plays for his local team but also lovingly supports Liverpool FC!

Tom’s photography degree not only means he will be taking beautiful, professional photographs of your home, but he also loves taking photos outside of work, especially when it involves his hobbies - cars, fitness and F1! When he doesn’t have his camera at hand, he loves being in the outdoors and listening to country and rock music!

Danielle has 8 years of extensive experience in customer service, including property sales, which has equipped her with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. She excels as a problem solver and is a dedicated team player. She is highly organised, courteous, and always super friendly! In her free time, Danielle enjoys being with her family and has recently discovered a passion for running, having participated in a few half marathons!

Sophie is one of our highly experienced Sales Coordinators, having worked in the world of estate agency for the past 6 years. She is known for her focus and attention to detail, ensuring you move as quickly as possible. Her love of property continues outside of work with the renovation her own home. When she's not focused on DIY, she loves spending time with her many pets and going out for dinner with her partner.

Sarah is our property management guru. She is highly experienced and a pleasure work with - you know you are in safe hands when she openly admits her love of tick lists! Out of work it’s all about family time – bowling, cinema, going to the park and hanging out with her two amazing children.
