We can also offer rent guarantee. Quotes available upon request, subject to rental value. The current package is as follows
- £50,000 or 12 months’ rent paid to the landlord (whichever is lower)
- £50,000 legal expenses cover
- No upper limit on the monthly rental amount
- Nil excess cover
- 50% of rent paid for up to 2 months after vacant possession is gained
- Property based cover (transferable between tenancies)
- Can now be taken out mid tenancy
- Available for 6 or 12 months (we advise 12)
