We have extensive referencing procedures which means that we can find you the best tenant available. We also will not necessarily choose the first tenant we find, but look harder for the one that meets your requirements.
I KNOW YOU ARE OPEN LONG HOURS, BUT WHAT ARE THEY?
We are open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. On average, our longer opening hours equates to us being open an extra 156 days a year more than a typical agent. This is great when we are managing your property.
EPC’S, LEGISLATION AND INVENTORIES
Our knowledgeable staff are also available to give advice on the legislation surrounding lettings, including EPC’s, gas safety certificate’s, inventories and deposit guarantee schemes.
