Overview. We have fallen love with this family home, which encapsulate all that you could want in a picturesque Sussex village. There is so much to get excited about, we love the fact that not only is West Gate a quiet location off Station Road, but the access to the village facilities are on your doorstep.

Location. Plumpton offers the perfect combination of a village lifestyle and a train station that takes you to London. The Fountain Inn pub is within walking distance of West Gate, whilst The Plough Inn can be found a mile to the north, both of which are a big hit with locals. You’ll find a variety of events on at the village hall, whilst the village store is a short walk to the south, as you make your way towards the station which connects to Haywards Heath and London, or Lewes and Eastbourne to the south. Both London Bridge and Victoria can be reached in an hour. Plumpton Primary school is a 10 minute walk, as is Honey Bees nursery. For further facilities, the historic town of Lewes is 8 miles to the East, whilst Burgess Hill is approximately 6 miles to the north west. Brighton can be reached within 20 minutes.
