Tucked away and providing spacious accommodation, a four bedroom family home with off road parking and garage, with the added bonus of being able to walk to the village school, pubs, hall, store and station. No onward chain
Overview. We have fallen love with this family home, which encapsulate all that you could want in a picturesque Sussex village. There is so much to get excited about, we love the fact that not only is West Gate a quiet location off Station Road, but the access to the village facilities are on your doorstep.
The home sits in the middle of the plot, with the sitting room located at the front. The feature of this room is the wood burner, which we can imagine being perfect in those winter months. There is an opening to the dining room at the rear (originally there would have been double doors which could easily be reinstated if required.) The dining room provides access to the kitchen and to the garden. In the kitchen you’ll find ample work surface prep area and space for appliances and a door to the side garden. The ground floor space is completed by a cloakroom and storage cupboard.
The first floor provides four bedrooms, all with built in storage and a family bathroom. Bedrooms one and three overlook the front, with bedroom one benefitting from an en-suite. Bedrooms two and four overlook the rear garden. For us, a big feature of this home is the flexibility of the garden on all fours sides, ensuring you are never short of a sunny aspect. There is a spot designated to a children’s play and space for a trampoline, whilst to the other side and rear being the ideal spot for table and chairs. Double doors give way to the drive and the garage – there is additional storage space under the pitched garage roof and a side door.
The property tenure is freehold and the council tax band is F.
