Move Revolution offer a highly competitive one off fee. We do not charge you anything upfront, but you may find you will need an Energy Performance Certificate which will cost around £60 if the property does not already have one.

No. We believe in making your property stand out from the crowd, just like we do. Our staff will offer you advice on staging your home and then we order (and pay for) professional photography. We only have experienced local estate agents, being paid salaries directly linked to the customer service they give you. You can learn more about them at the Meet the Team page.

We are open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. On average, our longer opening hours equates to us being open an extra 156 days a year more than a typical agent.

We accompany all the viewings we arrange. Our staff are highly trained so we feel it is important that you get the benefit of that.

With our longer hours, we are able to contact you far more easily to give you up to date feedback about the progress of the sale. You’ll be amazed how few agents do this.
