ABOUT TONBRIDGE

Tonbridge is a market town situated on the banks of the River Medway, surrounded by the beautiful Kent countryside. The town is perfectly located for commuters looking to live in a quieter home away from the hustle and bustle of a bigger city. Trains from Tonbridge railway station run along main commuter routes, including towards London, Gatwick and Maidstone. Both the A26 and A21 are nearby and regular bus links in and around Tonbridge are readily available. There are multiple other primary and secondary schools in and around the town, as well as campuses for both West Kent College and the University of Kent, for those seeking further education. Tonbridge is rich with culture and heritage. Tonbridge Castle, Kent’s best example of a motte-and-bailey castle, overlooks the town and there are many examples of 18th century buildings throughout the town.  There are also gorgeous manor houses with luscious gardens just a few miles away.
