These are few favourites from our Move Revolution team – we hope you enjoy them too.

Southwater Country Park, Horsham

Enjoy a leisurely stroll around the lake, trace the footprints to the Dinosaur Island play area, or explore The Quarry, a natural conservation space inhabited by lizards, kingfishers, and butterflies.

Have fun on the water in watersports sessions on the lake or take advantage of the park’s proximity to the Downs Link, a picturesque off-road path. There’s also the option to rent bikes or unwind at the paddling beach.

Priory Farm, Nutfield

A blog about the great outdoors has to include Priory Farm – our much loved neighbours at Move Revolution HQ. Loved by all our team it is a must visit for Summer 2024!

A scenic nature trail awaits in the expansive outdoors of Discovery Land, nestled within 40 acres of picturesque countryside. Embark on an adventure filled with delightful surprises at every twist and turn.

Wander through the ancient woodland, lush green pastures, serene meadows, and around tranquil lakes. Take part in Bug Bingo with Fern, Pebble, and Timber, an interactive activity that introduces you to the fascinating world of tiny yet powerful creatures that inhabit the natural environment.

Buckland Park Lake, Reigate

If you haven’t visited Buckland Park Lake you are in for a treat. This hidden gem is just 5 minutes out of Reigate on the A25 towards Dorking. Nestled within its grounds is a 50 acre lake and a water sports lagoon. There is a children’s playground featuring a basket swing, clamber sticks, an activity tower, and a sandpit, so remember to bring your own buckets and spades! Explore a woodland trail spanning just over 2km that encircles the lake and see how many birds and wildlife you can spot.

Engage in a woodland adventure where children can construct dens, make campfires, use tools for wood projects, practice traditional crafts and bushcraft, all under the guidance of The SHAC’s expert Woodland leaders.

Pells Pool, Lewes

Pells Pool is the UK’s oldest freshwater outdoor public swimming pool. In addition to the main pool, there is a children’s paddling pool, a sun terrace, and a charming tree-lined lawn where you can enjoy a picnic and chill!

All swim sessions can be booked online, or at the kiosk. While walk-ins are accepted, if the session is fully booked, tickets cannot be purchased.​

Goffs Park, Crawley

Goffs Park spans across more than 20 hectares of woodland, lawns, and conservation habitats.

Facilities at the Park include a lake, woodland walks, a tree trail, children’s play areas, an outdoor gym, pitch and putt, a model railway, and The Manor House.

Tulleys Farm, Crawley

A firm favourite with our Move Revolution team – why not indulge in the vast pick your own sunflowers, with fields spreading across 12 acres of the charming West Sussex countryside it’s a wonderful way to enjoy a summers day.

This idyllic oasis is tucked away in the picturesque scenery of Tulleys Farm, where you can immerse yourself in the stunning sunflower fields and enjoy live music in the background.

Bocketts Farm Park, Leatherhead
