CLIFF COOPER HANDS THE BATON TO PAUL MULLIGAN

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Paul Mulligan to Managing Director of Move Revolution.

Paul started his career with Countrywide back in 2006, moving to Andrews in 2009 where he remained for five years running their flagship office in the South-East. Paul joined Move Revolution in 2015 to set up Move Revolution’s Purley Office in Airport House, Purley Way, covering the Croydon Region. Paul grew this office to then take over Move Revolution’s Nutfield Region, managing Move Revolution teams from South London to Horley.  Over the past 2 years Paul has been Move Revolution’s Operations Director, overseeing day-to-day operations across all the Move Revolution regions, including Move Revolution Lettings.

‘It is a great pleasure to hand the baton of leadership and role of Managing Director to Paul Mulligan.

From the moment Paul joined the Move Revolution team he demonstrated all the key skills required of an outstanding leader. Paul is passionate about the property industry, he is innovative, forward thinking and deeply cares about exceptional customer service.  He has, and will always be, focused on his team, ensuring they love what they do, and continue to grow in their expertise, alongside this he is exceptionally well regarded within the industry.

I know Paul is focused on taking Move Revolution forward with a growth strategy across all our divisions: Sales, Lettings, Land & New Homes, and Exclusively Move Revolution, I wish him every success in his new role.

Cliff Cooper, Founder & Chairman

As Paul Mulligan steps into the role of Managing Director of Move Revolution, Cliff Cooper will be moving away from a day-to-day role within the business.  Cliff started Move Revolution in 2009 with a unique vision, focused on exceptional customer service, outstanding knowledge, and embracing innovative tech solutions, being a leader in the changing face of estate agency moving away from ‘high street shops’ to professional offices. Cliff took the exciting decision to turn Move Revolution an employee-owned business as we entered 2024, every member of our team became owners of Move Revolution. We’ve joined more than 1200 forward thinking businesses in the UK, such as John Lewis, Mott MacDonald and Riverford Organic Farmer who are all employee owned. This decision wasn’t taken lightly, but reflected the way Move Revolution operates with an outstanding team at the heart of what we do!

“I want to take this opportunity to thank Cliff for the unwavering vision he has held for Move Revolution, it has been an absolute pleasure working alongside him for the past 10 years. Of course, there have been challenges with Brexit, Covid-19, and unsettling times in our national economy, however, now is the time for a positive pathway for the property sector. I am excited for the years ahead and looking forward to taking Move Revolution from strength to strength.

In his speech, at our Move Revolution Quarterly Meeting, Cliff recognised all those who have been instrumental in the growth of Move Revolution, thanking all those present, and thanking those by name who have gone on to either run their own businesses, continued to work in the property sector, or retired.

Thank you, Cliff, from all the team at Move Revolution!”
